Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect both your time and ours, the following policy applies to all appointments:
Appointment Confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed prior to the scheduled time.
Failure to confirm may result in cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of $25
• Same-day cancellations may result in full service charge
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no additional cost.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25
No-Show Policy
If a client is not present at the scheduled time and location:
• A no-show fee will apply
• Future appointments may require prepayment
Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a fee.
Mobile Appointments
For mobile services:
• Client must be ready at the agreed location and time
• Travel fees are non-refundable once technician is en route
